The Epiphyte B & B
Near Cape Tribulation and surrounded by the world heritage Daintree National Park, The Epiphyte B & B is set on top of a small hill facing the magnificent Thornton's Peak, overlooking the Daintree rainforest and just a short drive to the wonderful beaches of Cow Bay.
The Epiphyte offers accommodation for singles, couples, groups and families in 4 guest rooms and two cottages. The guestrooms are located in the main accommodation house off a large central guest lounge and dining area and the cottages are set a short distance away from the main house. All accommodation (both rooms and cottages) feature private balconies and en-suite bathrooms with views from all rooms across the National Park. A delicious Tropical breakfast is also included in the room tariff for all rooms and cottages.

Room 1
For budget-conscious travellers, Room 1 is a lovely medium-sized room equipped with a Queen bed and open-space shelving and hangers. It is
suitable as a single or double room however is not equipped for twin share. Please note, this room is adjacent to the entrance so the outdoor seating area (deck) is not as private as
with all other rooms and is considerably smaller than the Superior Double/family rooms.
$140/night (double or single).
Room 2
Room 2 is a lovely single room equipped with a Double bed and open space hangers. It has an attached private deck with views into the
National Park and is suitable as a single room only (unless by arrangement with Epiphyte management for use as a small double).
$90/night single.
Room 3 and 4
Room 3 and 4 are large ‘superior double’ rooms, perfect for a couple but also able to accommodate 3 adults comfortably or a couple and up to
2 children. These rooms have en-suite bathrooms and lovely large private decks and superb views across the national park.
$160/night/double + $40 extra adult or $30 extra child (12 years and under).
*Please note: All rooms in the main accommodation house are unsuitable for babies or children under 6 years old. If you have babies or small
children please book one of the two cottages (Golden Orchid or Hibiscus cottage)
Golden Orchid Cottage
Golden Orchid Cottage set among rainforest 50m from the main accommodation house, is a large self-contained cabin with a fully equipped
kitchen / dining
area, lovely bedroom and large en-suite bathroom. With a Queen bed it is perfect for a couple wanting privacy and to be at one with nature but it also includes a single bed/day bed
so can comfortably accommodate an extra adult or child. There are fantastic views into the national park from the bedroom and bathroom.
$180/night/double + $20 extra adult or child. Maximum 3 occupants.
Hibiscus Cottage
Hibiscus Cottage is 100m from the main accommodation house and is set on its own 4-acre property with a private creek, small bathing pool and
adjoining the national park. It has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, en-suite bathroom and large L-shaped deck with lovely views across the property and to the distant hills
and forest. It is ideal for a couple wanting a rainforest get-away with a comfortable Queen bed but can also accommodate up to 2 extra adults or children with an additional 2 single
beds.
$180/double plus $20 per exra adult/child up to a max of 4. Children 2 and under are free.
Please contact Management if you would like to discuss a larger family size. Children 2 and under are free. A free cot is available on request.

Cancellations: If your plans change and you have to cancel your booking please tell us as soon as possible. For all COVID19 related cancellations a full refund is available. In other cases:
- Cancellations received 7 days or more before arrival date: Full Refund.
- ◦ Cancellations received 4-7 days before arrival date: Refund less first night’s accommodation charge.
- Cancellations received 3 days or less notice before arrival date: No Refund.
Dietary requirements: Breakfast is included in the accommodation charge for all accommodation. It includes a large selection of fruits in season, a range of cereals, toast/jam and tea/coffee. It's a lovely breakfast but if an alternative breakfast is required or if guests have specific dietary requirements not catered for by our standard breakfast, guests may provide this for themselves.
